Reusable Hand Warmers for Outdoor Enthusiasts

We had to handle a snowmobile accident with immobilization of the injured person. At -15 degrees, immobile in his 'burrito' of blankets and coats, my friend was frozen. We had to wait for nearly 2 hours for the helicopter to arrive. I activated my Hot Poc and placed them near his chest. I don't know if it was solely the Hot Poc that made the difference, but he did not develop hypothermia.
